This service may help make it possible for older persons to live in their own homes by providing assistance in completing tasks they are unable to manage alone.

This program is not designed to replace the assistance that is provided by family and friends.  This service is available in Amador and Calaveras and is targeted to more frail seniors, who without this service, would be incapable of adequate care of their environment. The program serves as a safety net and is not ongoing.

Types of Services:  basic housekeeping, shopping assistance, lawn cutting, stacking wood, minor home repairs, etc.

Chore & Homemaker services are provided at no charge, however, donations are accepted.
